Using this 2022 habit tracker calendar can help you meet your daily goals this year. Simply print out your 1-page calendar and mark off each day you meet any daily goal you choose.
A lot of my goals have involve daily habits, like starting my day with water or exercising. That gave me the idea to create my own habit tracker calendar several years ago for the whole year where I can mark off each day that I meet my daily goal.
How it works
- Create a goal that is focused on a daily commitment. It could be “I will drink 8 glasses of water every day” or “I will read/write for 30 minutes every day” or “I will exercise for 20 minutes every day.”
- Print out your 1-page 2022 habit tracker calendar and put it in a convenient, visible location – like on your refrigerator. There is a spot at the top of the page where you can write your own daily habit.
- Each day you meet your daily goal, cross off that day on your calendar. Over time you will see lots of Xs on your calendar and see your progress over time. If you miss a day, it’s not the end of the world. At the end of the year, you will see so many days of meeting your daily goal that it won’t matter that you missed a few days.
