This homemade breakfast pizza recipe combines scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and cheese on a pizza crust for a delicious breakfast or pizza night option.
The brilliance of breakfast pizza is that it can be served for breakfast or for pizza night. When making homemade breakfast pizza for breakfast, I like to serve it with lots of fresh fruit. When cooking this breakfast pizza recipe as part of pizza night, I like to include a big salad.
I first learned about the idea of breakfast pizza several years ago when my husband told me someone in his office brought in breakfast pizza from Casey’s for the office to enjoy. My first thought was, “Breakfast pizza a thing?!” Since then we have ordered our own Casey’s breakfast pizzas and enjoyed them. Now I can save money by making my own breakfast pizza at home.
This homemade breakfast pizza recipe is also going to be much healthier than ordering breakfast pizza for carryout.
Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- Your favorite pizza crust prepared according to the instructions. Here’s mine: Whole Wheat Pizza Crust using Greek Yogurt I cut the crust recipe in half when making breakfast pizza
- 2-3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs, lightly scrambled
- Your favorite breakfast meat, such as 4 slices cooked bacon, 1/2 pound cooked sausage, or 3 slices of chopped ham
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, or a blend of both
Instructions:
- Prepare and pre-bake pizza crust according to the instructions for that crust.
- Spread cream cheese over entire crust.
- Spread scrambled eggs over cream cheese.
- Crumble cooked bacon or spread cooked sausage or ham over the eggs.
- Sprinkle cheese over the entire pizza.
- Bake at 425°F for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is brown on edges.
*I used this microwave bacon cooker to quickly cook bacon.*

I used half of this whole wheat pizza crust recipe but any pizza crust should work.
